  • Individual therapy is a space that's entirely yours. We can meet weekly or biweekly, in person or via telehealth.

Who I work with: Adults · College students · Young adults

  • Couples therapy is a space for both of you. We slow down, explore your shared vision, notice patterns that are not serving you, engage in emotional repair, and usually find levity in being a human in relationship with each other.

Who I work with: Couples at any stage.

Areas of focus: Communication & conflict · Intimacy · Betrayal & trust · Family planning · Life transitions

    75 min // $215

  • Getting a diagnosis can bring on a lot of emotion and a lot to process. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, there's real work to do: understanding how your brain works, building skills that actually fit your life, and making sense of what it's meant for you up until now.

This isn't traditional therapy. It a bit more structured with an emphasis on skills.

Who I work with: Teens · College students · Adults

What we work on: Understanding your diagnosis · Skill building · Identifying strengths · Healing the story you've told yourself (or been told about yourself)

How it works: Usually time-limited. Available as a standalone service, alongside individual therapy or an interlude within your regular individual therapy.

    50 min // $185

Note on fees & payment. Therapy is a real investment of your time and money.

I'm committed to collaborating around using our time intentionally and to helping you make a plan that makes sense emotionally, logistically, and financially.

I don't panel with insurance companies. Payment is due on the day of each session and I accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards. I'm happy to provide a superbill so you can pursue reimbursement directly with your insurance company.
